· Target and develop new business relationships through email and telephone calls.
· Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to connect with decision makers.
· Understand the market, customer and prospect behavior.
· Ability to learn key elements of new industry products quickly.
· Develop strong calls to action and overcome objections.
· Communicate results and insights expertly both verbally and in written form,
· Previous telephone lead-generation or outbound telephone sales experience required.
· Engaging and professional phone manner.
· Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite required
· Developed sales skills such as cold calling, warm calling, ability to develop strong calls to action and overcome objections.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Candidates must be motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have effective problem-solving skills.
· Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment.
· 75 WPM typing speed
