Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to offer customer support via phone, emails or chat, to customers who have any technical related issue with their product. You’re literally the voice of the brand and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers is assured with you!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

·       Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written.

·       Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

·       High School Diploma and/or Highest Level of Education Certification/Diploma.

·       National or foreigner with a valid work permit.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

•         Computer with Windows 10

•         10 MB + Internet Connection

•         Headset
