Great Job opportunity. Must have at least one (1) year of Management Experience, be fluent both in English and Spanish.
Base salary plus bonuses based on performance offered.
Individual must have the following qualities:
1. Good interpersonal and leadership skills
2. Ability to communicate effectively with both agents and upper management.
3. Be responsible in regards to their attendance and assigned duties.
4. Must be organized and proactive.
5. Must have previous experience in providing feedback to agents and training individuals in new procedures and policies.
6. Must be able to analyze statistics and metrics to determine trends and performance patterns for the agents assigned.
7. Should have the ability to multi-task and to manage the daily and weekly tasks in a timely manner and with accuracy.
High School Graduate, Good spoken and written English. Good Computer Skills
Must be open to rotating shifts based on the company needs of 24 hours a day,7 days a week call center environment.
Strong knowledge of the following areas is required:
1. Call Center Metrics
2. Microsoft Excel
3. Quality Assurance practices
4. Coaching and Development of staff
