Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Responsible for Personnel Management activities within the payroll, employment termination, vacation, leaves and labor routines subsystems, in order to ensure compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
•Collaborate with Sr. Manager Rewards Operations to manage and coordinate Rewards Cycle Activities (Aim2Score, Salary Round, Salary Benchmarking, Budgeting)
•Collaborate with Sr. Manager Rewards in Benefits Compensation and Sales Incentive initiatives
•Coordinate local Company Sports to ensure they stay within Budget and monetary participation levels
•Responsible for completing all mobility related documentation to ensure a seamless relocation process
•Responsible for benefits administration
•Build and maintain updated personnel files information and HR database within employee lifecycle
•Processing the billing and HR Rewards purchase orders process via expenses system.
•Assist employees in legislation-related issues, as well as the company’s policies and procedures, and administrative requirements (work letters, embassy letters, etc) to provide proper guidance or solution
•Manage all SAP actions movement to ensure that is up to date and accurate
•Support Rewards HR operations as needed to accomplish the rewards service level agreements
•Manage the social security system such as registrations, reimbursements, exclusions, changes, etc. according to current legislation.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
•University degree or equivalent education required
•Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
•Minimum 3 years experience in job or job function

•2 years experience
