MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Works primarily with internal and external sources to gather information and prepare reports
  • Consistenly answers non-routine questions and guides the team with answers. 
  • Manages financial related activities pertaining to programs and projects 
  • Provides working leadership to other employees in functional area through assignment of work, training, coordination and checking assignments 
  • Identifies and resolves highly complex problems and issues relating to program and project activities 
  • Assists employees with escalated issues
  • Administers a wide range of funtional programs or projects
  • Oversees or conducts research projects and present findings
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Utilizes various software applications to compile and prepare standard, highly complex and/or ad-hoc reports
  • Conducts data analysis to ensure quality 
 
 

REQUIRED SKILLSET: 

  •  2 - 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Coordination, Industrial Engineering. 
  • Basic to intermediate project management skillset preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills 
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced communication skills comprehensive, oral and written in English and Spanish
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Advanced organizational skills 
  • Financial and analytical experience
  • Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusion
