  1. Provides daily operational support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management (country specific).
  2. Allowance changes and leave tool management.
  3. May also support country specific tools and systems.
  4. Streamlines and simplifies end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Provide support to projects and other related GDM related programs within scope.
  6. Excel Analysis and Troubleshoot System related issues remotely through Skype/Zoom or other resources.



  •  0 - 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Support, HR Admin or related fields.
  • Advanced/Fluent English communications skill.
  • Customer service oriented 
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HR Policies and Principles.
