Support overall financial statement preparation by executing accurate and timely completion of accounting activities in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Performs general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards to solve unusual issues. Supplies limited
advice on accounting matters based on well-established principles and practices.
Executes accounting analyses and reports as assigned.
Ensures the production of reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing, and application of
Assists in developing and implementing processes and procedures, and continuously optimizes to gain efficiency and

Conducts investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary.
6. Financial transactions
Applies accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions.
7. Internal controls
Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
8. Risk assessment
Supports management with financial aspects of project funding and risk assessment.
This position will be based in our Dominican Republic office.
Bachelor in Public Accounting
2-5 years of experience in general
Some knowledge in accounting activities
Some experience in financial transactions and internal controls
Risk assessment skills
Intermediate English communication skills
