Job Description

  • This position is with End User Computing Operational Quality Analyst Team.
  • Responsible for the end to end order management and processing, services and solutions received via PM team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Interfaces with and supports both internal and/or external customers 
  • Researches customer problems and delivers solutions 
  • Completes order requirements and checks the quantity of each item listed
  • Facilitate an order audit and quality check 
  • Liaises with cross-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management and frictionless rate
  • Drive order processing efficiencies 
  • Completes and maintains customer records per business controls
  • Maintain account product and service offerings


  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and peers 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills a must 
  • Time Management Skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to present to executives for escalations and customer critical projects
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge of Order Processing
