The Sales Manager is responsible for implementing and executing the sales plans through the use of the sales model established by the company, as well as the policies and guiding principles of the business, to ensure sales objectives and profitability in Retail.
•Supervise the Executive Sales forces.
•Ensure the achievement of retail sales objectives according to the established budget and commercial guidelines.
•Develop and ensure innovative, efficient and responsible operational practices within the regulatory framework and established policies for retail stores.
•Maintain a positive and ethical working environment that allows the best performance and attention to our customers.
•Guarantee the execution of the marketing offer, the promotional actions and the customer service strategy to improve the positioning of the brand and the distributor in the market.
