· *Transient inventory**
+ Monitor and analyze demand patterns, the effectiveness of restrictions and other selling strategies.
+ Utilize key 3rd party reports (STR, Hotelligence) to aid in effectively pricing units
+ Adjust all rates and minimum night stay requirements daily on property and through all transient channels
+ Create packages/promotions to help sell over need dates
+ Load local accounts, complete GDS loading forms, and test reservations
+ Set availability and rates 365 days out
+ Implement all blackout dates in reservation system and review monthly to determine if adjustments are needed.
+ Work with Front Office Manager to ensure that sellout strategies are in place, and that brand and sales systems are balanced daily.
· *Group inventory**
+ Work with Sales & Catering team to balance transient and group business.
+ Assist with researching and quoting group rates for future business; must provide quick analysis and react to leads/calls/emails from sales promptly.
+ Consistently monitor inventory, room blocks and group status.
+ Complete quarterly audit of sales system vs. blocks holding in Opera
+ Complete weekly operational forecast and 90 day forecasts (monthly)
+ Complete weekly pace report
+ Conduct a weekly Revenue Management Meeting where the team reviews past performance and discusses future issues such as booking pace, pricing strategies, marketing opportunities and the competitive environment
· *Competitive and Demand Analysis**
+ Understand the hotel's defined competitive market and defined comp sets and their relevance to each hotel/resort based on current/future market conditions and industry changes and fluctuations
+ Analyze past and present trends and make recommendations for future strategies
+ Review convention and city event calendars to keep abreast of all demand generators
+ Site competitive set and network with competitive set Revenue Managers. Maintain information on the various competitor's products and services for all Predator hotels and how their products and service vary from yours.
+ Maintain historical data on events and performance on any promotions during these demand-generating events.
+ Attend webinars regarding new brand updates
+ Utilize revenue management tools to analyze and form strategies for hotel
· *Online Presence**
+ Maintain a good working relationship with 3rd party marketing managers to help boost revenue
+ Confirm that all information and photos on 3rd party sites are up to date
· *Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Participate in the crafting of the annual business plan with the GM/DOS/Controller. Create hotel day by day budget as part of the annual marketing plan process. Complete any sections of the marketing plan that are assigned to you.
+ Train and supervise on-site reservation agent. Review their work daily to insure accuracy of reservations and group bookings.
+ Provide training to other hotel team members on revenue management procedures and principles, as needed.
+ Adhere to brand and management company standards and policies
What we need from you
Prior Hotel Revenue Management experience required
