The primary role of a recruiter role is to find and locate suitably skilled and experienced individuals for specific positions. Individual should have at least 2 years of recruiting experience as a recruiter, sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and other sources.
This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing the various recruiting strategies.
Requires knowledge of social media use and management.
Assists in determining staffing needs.
Duties include screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates and completing the assessments.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
