Job Summary

Are you a fluent english speaking worker who is  looking to work in a fast-paced, innovative work environment with opportunities to grow? Are you a self-starter that works hard but can also take direction well? Then our groundbreaking real estate company might be the perfect fit for you!

We’re searching for the ideal candidate who will:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
  • Generate new business through direct outreach potential clients, owner in need of representation, sellers...
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients acquired through our marketing efforts.
  • Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users (where appropriate) in a timely and authentic manner

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record
  • Selling skills - a proven ability to increase client base
  • Client focus - passionate about ensuring prospective clients are happy
  • Quantity & quality of work - ability to manage a high volume of leads  and customer outreach daily
  • Planning and organizational skills - proven success in effectively setting priorities, establishing timelines and meeting deadlines.
  • Computer skills - proficiency with MS Office products and a proven ability to learn new technologies.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A sales professional with a proven record of success
  • Aggressive, intelligent, smart and outgoing
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to type between 45 to 75 words per minute
  • Enthusiastic, and friendly particularly when engaging with clients
  • Organized, efficient and will effectively manage their time and responsibilities
  • Willingness to learn and improve - enthusiasm for new and creative ideas with an ability to take corrective actions

What we’re looking for:

  • Associates/Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Proficient in data reporting and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extremely strong copy-writing and language skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
