7. Administration Supplier certification and selection: find the suitable supplier according to the requirement and certify the supplier according to company Administration supplier Criteria. Execute supplier selection by price comparison, bidding and negotiation.
8. Have the procurement experience of Decoration, Facility management and Travel Business (Hotel, Air-tickets) is preferred.
9. Supplier Performance Management?Organize the related people to evaluate the supplier performance, and use the evaluation result to improve the supplier performance or select new supplier.
10. Procurement Process implementation: optimize the global and regional procurement process according to the best practice, to improve the efficiency of the local Administration procurement.
11. Familiar with the bidding process in in-direct procurement area.
12. Communication: communicate with legal, financial and other department to collect the procurement requirement and develop the local procurement strategy to match the Administration requirement.
