Order Inn, Inc. (Food Services & Travel Technologies) is a national company based in Las Vegas, NV, USA, with offices in Costa Del Este, Panamá.


This position is an entry level role assisting our operations and design & production teams. We are looking for a motivated, professional and personable individual who can work in our fast-paced environment.  Candidates must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team to contribute to the growth and success of our company. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Data entry, Research, and upkeep of various spreadsheets and database records
  • Processing of new applications, applicants and all supporting documentation
  • Communicating effectively with multiple departments and varied personality types
  • Meeting departmental deadlines and goals


  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Windows and MS Office proficient (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Type 40 WPM minimum
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility and willingness to tackle varying assignments as needed.
  • Business experience, knowledge or education a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe CS 4+ a plus

 Compensation: $800-$1000 dependent upon experience
