The Marketing Specialist is responsible of developing and executing marketing strategies aimed to generate applicant flow and help achieve the recruitment goals of the company.




  • Manage the company’s digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other digital and social media platforms to provide assistance, information or schedule interviews with recruitment (Community managing).
  • Organize and provide support in recruitment activities hosted by Sitel or commercial allies such as job fairs, open house event, and University/School visits.



  • Creation of graphic, audio and video content to fulfill the needs of our digital and traditional marketing outlets.
  • Conduct research about on-going local and global digital media trends in order to propose outside-of-the-box content for our channels.
  • Coordinate with Management and other incumbents for content-creation activities such as testimonial interviews, coverage of campaign specific activities, etc.
  • Liaise with publicity agencies and/or other suppliers in order to brief, direct and follow up on the production of artwork or any commissioned service.
  • Designing and implementing conventional marketing projects.
  • Prepare and select appropriate marketing material to promote the company’s internal programs.
  • Conduct and plan internal research activities such as surveys and focus groups.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.



  • University degree in Marketing or Graphics Design.



  • Previous experience working in either Marketing, Graphical Design, Web Design or Social Media.



  •  Advanced written and spoken English.
  •  Great creativity and resourcefulness.
  •  Experience using graphical design software and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash.
  •  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency with MS Office and Windows.
  •  Must have schedule flexibility (availability to work on weekends).
  •  Ability to prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
  •  Well-organized and time management skills to follow up on relationships with suppliers and commercial allies.
  •  Able to take calculated and bold initiatives to meet expectations of clients effectively.
  •  Should be able to communicate insights and ideas effectively.
  •  Self-confident and outgoing personality.
