The International School of Panama (ISP) seeks a dynamic, creative, open-minded, innovated leader with outstanding marketing vision and communication skills to help lead important elements of ISP’s growth and development and direct the implementation of strategic plans connected to market strategy, market analysis, branding, communications and public relations.

Major Functions

    1. Development of Marketing Strategic plan including branding, public relations & communications.


    1. Development of the internal and external communications strategic plan that will support marketing goals


    1. Development of options for marketing positioning for the outstanding ISP.


    1. Creation of ongoing Marketing Research initiatives covering different important information areas


    1. Development of marketing expenditures budget


    1. Development of cost-benefit analyses for all proposed marketing activities along with proposed methodology for evaluating results from each activity.


    1. Presentation of Go/NoGo analyses while evaluating use of external professional "creative services" for marketing communications.



. Requisitos:

Educational & Experiential Competency Parameters

    1. Undergraduate degree.  Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business administration or related fields


    1. Exposure to professional Marketing and/or Public Relations initiatives - bonus qualification


    1. Proven ability to take projects from Ground Zero to Successful Fruition.


    1. Superb organizational skills, a non-stop people motivator, likes being totally accountable


    1. Ambitious, Instinctive good judge of good creative, Never gives up.


    1. Cross cultural sensitivity and an international mindset
