Responsible for profitable account management of key Agent networks within an assigned area.
Focus is on maximizing transaction volume and revenue for the full line of Money Transfer services and Bill Payments as well as new Agent networks.
Primary responsibilities include maximizing sales and business review objectives, controlling Agent attrition, renewing Agent networks, promoting new services and promotions, and improving service quality provided by the networks and own agencies to consumers.
This role emphasizes excellent relationship management at the networks’ senior manager and headquarters levels.
Responsible for sales to new Agent networks.
Responsible for the administration and execution of company plans, policies and procedures, for achieving specific service and operational objectives.
Bachelor Degree / Specialized Studies / College Degree: Commercial, Sales Administration or similar areas /.
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in outside sales of consumer products or financial services is required or non-tangible products.

Good Spanish spelling (The candidate has to be able to write letters/ emails, appropriately according to the situation and the recipient).
Good written and spoken English
Good interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with different personalities.
