Objective of the position:
Provide HR Director support to a variety of HR related functions. Works or assists on special projects as determined by the school needs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (completed)
· 2 Years of experience in related position
· Bilingual (English – Spanish, prefered)
Activities:
· Provides administrative support to HR Director
· Provides and supports the implementation of solutions of HR department in the school
· Supports team members of the school
· Coordinate and manage the agenda of the HR Director
· Liaison between employees and HR Director
· Collect analytical and numerical data to elaborate KPIS
· Support HR Director to improve the organizational climate
