Main Responsibilities

  • Exercises limited judgment within narrowly defined HR procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Ensures HR practices and procedures are compliant to local laws and statutory/audits
  • Uses combination of standard practices and procedures and critical thinking to provide guidance to unique HRBPs or Knowledge centers questions
  • Contributes to and assists in the development of projects/processes that align with Share Services Management strategy
  • Performs benefits administration and on- site shared services work
  •  Assigned special projects or tasks

Required Skillset

  • Typically requires 0 - 2 years of related experience. 
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer
  • Strong knowledge of a broad spectrum of HR policies and practices
