Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily operational support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management, allowance changes and leave tool management. 
  • Resolves escalated issues and may work cross functionally to resolve inquiry
  • Responds to questions and inquiries regarding all areas of HR  
  • Provides coaching and training to less experienced team member
  • Interacts with inside and outside customers and vendors

Required Skillset:

  • Typically requires a minimum 2 – 5 years of related experience in a professional role; or equivalent experience.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office especially in MS Excel.  
  • Customer service skills
