CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Processing Center located in Panama City (Financial District) is looking for Customer Support Specialist. The primary functions of the Customer Support Specialist are resolving customer queries and manage vendors and third-party relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email (primarily) and via phone (outbound calls)
· Monitor customers orders and provide updates on order status
· Interact directly with company’s vendors to ensure orders are completed on time
· Efficient administration of vendor management procedures
· Analyze and report customers complaints.
