 Leading company in the Logistics field is in search of an Industrial, Logistic Engineer or Supply Chain Specialist for the position of Customer Service Coordinator (Inbound &Outbound).

Purpose of the position: Lead and coordinate the daily exceution for inbound/outbound process to achieve customer expectations in compliance with company standards, procedures and the Quality Managment system. 

Requiered Competencies: Customer Orientation (indispensable), Focus on results, teamwork, communication, development of others, emotional intelligence and leadership. 

Main Responsabilities: As a leader of this area, among the main functios of impractical responsability are: 

  • Coordinate activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle.
  • Manage logistics for inbound and outbound process.
  • Manage inbound/outbound documentation (DMC, invoicing, etc).
  • Operations planning for inbound/outbound.

The main requirements for this position are: 

Complete University studies in the area of Industrial Engineering and Comercial Logistics, Have knowledge in warehouse Management and supply chain. Staff management. Knowledge of advanced excel (Dynamic tables, KPI'S, Database)
