We are looking for a customer service agent to join our support team in our office in Costa Del Este. You will be responsable for attending to customers in English and Spanish by telephone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for managing the tours and activities on the website, updating their content, prices, and organising tours with the respective tour operators.
Excelente communication is required in both English and Spanish.
You will be doing 8 hour shifts from Monday to Saturday (48 hours in total each week). You will either start at 9am, 10.30am or 12:00 midday.

This is a full time indefiinte contract, salary depends on experience.
