Are you our new Collections Assistant? Who is fluent in English and has excellent communication skills? Then we are looking for you!
Your challenge will be to answer and manage customer phone calls from our valuable key customers in North America in order to address common questions and inquires or to transfer the calls to the Collections Specialists.
· Attend daily calls from our North America Market customers and manage credit card processing.
· Identify and transfer calls from customers to other team members within the Collections organization.
· Ensure accurate and reliable templates are sent to the customers.
· Initiate process improvements ideas.
The credit & collections team in Panama are responsible for cash collections in North America, risk management and credit control activities. The credit & collections team is part of the Philips Global Business Services organization.
