We are looking for an experienced COACH.  Experience in the BPO industry is highly valued.

Lead a team to meet and exceed business objectives, ensuring that key financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved.  Achieve, measure, report and communicate metric goal attainment for assigned team. Facilitate a culture of open and honest two-way communication, ensuring key messages are cascaded to all team members, encouraging feedback, and sharing of ideas and best practice.  Coach, mentor and develop agent team for skills expansion and promotional opportunities.


Skills required:


  • Advanced written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent verbal/written English communication skills
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • Effective interpersonal, coaching and leadership/supervisory skills
  • Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills
  • Effective time management

  • Strong proficiency in various software and platforms including: Word, Excel, Outlook.
