The purpose of the Business Retention Executive is to develop, implement and manage processes to that drive overall customer retention and new business activation for the region.
· -Develop processes to measure customer retention and ensure proper follow-up guidelines that drive required results.
· -Monitor customer retention levels to identify trends and create necessary action plans ton meet business targets.
· -Work closely with specific agents/agencies in order to develop strategies to improve customer retention and when necessary have communication with clients.
· -Monitor the new business activation ratios including all available metrics in order to identify trends and necessary action plans to meet business targets.
