Temporary short term accounting/finance assignment in support of construction and build out of office space at Costa Del Este
Responsible for execution of transactions for construction and build out of office space at Costa Del Este Americas Service Center
Facilitate and coordinate procurement process including shopping carts, PO tracking, invoice payment with appropriate coding
Manage transactions related to the management of CAPEX (approval process and related accounting)
Provide input to monthly accounting close related to the build out, with detailed analysis and reporting adhering to deadlines, process and required deliverables
Provide expense monitoring, accrual requirements, reconciliations providing for journal entries and adjustment as required related to the build out
Perform and prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, and other related documents/schedules related to the build out
Monitor and compared to budget with insightful variance explanations
Research and resolve inquiries
Prepare cash flow projections and reporting for construction and build out of office space at Costa Del Este ensuring visibility to short and long term requirements
Ensure governance and compliance for standards of accounting and internal control including adherence and enforcement of US GAAP, corporate policies and SOX compliance
Communicate and coordinate updates with Project manager for the construction and build out
Detailed reporting provided to NY based teams
