Responsabilities

Create Personnel Change forms, Security Request forms, Peregrine tickets including, but not limited to, Department Table changes, Department Tree changes, History Folder corrections, Non-Employee Updates and Mass Supervisor Changes.Interact with Centers of Expertise, Regional centers, managers, employees, process owners and other teams within the HR Services Center - Americas as needed.Provide ePerformance and Leader Express PCF support.Provide follow up on issues such as request for PeopleSoft departments, Job code setup, determination of when and if new GL expense accounts are to be set up and checking with process owners for answers to complicated situations.
