Job description: Customer Service/Retention Specialist – Telecommunications Industry

Language: Advanced English

Available schedules: Afternoon

 

Training starts: August 28, 2017

Training schedule: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

 

We are looking for new friendly customer service oriented associates to support our new Telecommunications campaign. This specialist will be maintaining and retaining existing customers by providing courteous and positive Customer Service. Additionally he or she will have the responsability to educate customers regarding new product offerings.

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced spoken and written English.
  • POSITIVE AND EXTROVERTED PERSONALITY!!
  • Confident and assertive individual with great communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Preferably, more than 6 months of experience in BPO Industry.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
  • Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit.
  • Robust ability to multitask, utilize multiple tools simultaneously. 
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet).
