Responsabilities

Candidate will be responsible for performing basic IT functions related to level 2 support. These include the ability to trouble shoot PC hardware and software issues, and build and deploy PCs. They will also work with the current IT team to provide support on basic network and server issues and will assist senior staff with IT related projects.

Qualifications

Install/Uninstall/Troubleshoot Microsoft based operating systems XP/Win7, Diagnose and resolve computer (desktop & laptops) hardware related problems,Basic networking troubleshooting skills, Customer service trained, Mid-level English (spoken/written), Good time management skills.

Desirable Qualifications

A+ certified or trained, Network+ trained, Microsoft Operating System certified XP/Win7, Minimum of 1 year of previous IT experience, Basic project management experiences or had participated on projects as team member, High-level English (spoken/written), 1-3 year customer service experienced.
